“Some of my best memories were forged in the woods, either walking with my parents as a child, snowboarding through pine forests as a teenager, or mountain biking as an adult. Becoming a professional artist gave me the opportunity to combine everything I love into a single pursuit: painting, cycling, and exploring nature.
I make Art for nature lovers so that they can bring the woods home. I believe Art should not only complement a space—it should transform it. It’s my hope that my paintings remind you to take time outdoors to rejuvenate, find calm and appreciate the beauty of the natural world.”
Tom’s work has been selected for many National art exhibitions including four selections for The Lynne Painter Stainers Prize, three showings at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition and one showing at the BP Portrait Prize. He has also had two solo shows at Panter & Hall in London’s West End.
His paintings have won multiple awards including prizes from The Discerning Eye, ROI, National Open Art Competition, The Patching’s Purchase Prize and the coveted Critics Prize from the New English Art Club.
He lives in Bristol with his partner and two children.
